Can you personalize your cookie favors?

Because we believe each cookie should have a special added touch, we would like to make our cookies as personalized as possible! As long there is room available on the cookie, we are happy to do it! There is an additional $.25 per cookie for personalization. Our favors are custom made, individually wrapped in a clear cello bag and tied with a ribbon.

Rush Orders for Custom cookies:

If you are looking for something unique to give as a gift or party favor, our delicious hand decorated cookies will definitely do the trick! We can make our own cookie cutters so any idea is possible! Please remember that for custom cookie designs we require at least three months notice to avoid set up fees. We understand that things come up unexpectedly and will be happy to accommodate you in any way we can, but we do require a 50% deposit at initial placement of order as well as set up fees in addition to shipping charges.

Lead time for Custom Cookie Orders:

Our normal lead time for orders of 12 – 100 cookies is 3-5 business days, however more time might be required during our busy seasons.  For custom cookie designs we do require at least three months notice to avoid any set up fees.  However should there be less than three months for your custom cookie order please call us at (973) 601-3063 or email us at info@sensiblysweetnj.com and we will be happy to accommodate you in any way we can!

Tags:

A tag can be added to the cookie and tied with the ribbon that displays the name, event, and date for an additional fee. Please call for pricing. Ribbons with information: We can substitute our ribbons with one that has the name, event and/or date for an additional fee. Please call for pricing. You also have the option to provide us with your own ribbon as long as they meet our measurements. Call us for details.

Do you provide samples?

Samples can be provided for the same price as the favor plus shipping charges. We will, however, be happy to refund this amount once we receive your signed contract and deposit. Sorry we DO NOT offer samples for our 3D cookies. They are only sold with orders of $200.00 and up.

What is the Minimum Order?

For favors, our minimum order is 12 cookies, except our 3D cookie collection. The minimum for those are 8 or they can be combined with orders of $200-$400. Please contact us for details.

How much notice is required?

Orders of 12 – 100 cookies lead time is one to two weeks.

150 – 500 cookies lead time is two to three weeks.

However, don't hesitate to contact us even if your request is not within the time frame, as we will do our best to try and accommodate you.

(During the months of  November and December cookie favor lead times vary, please call for info.)

3D cookies require a longer lead time. These cookies are hand painted and require more time to be added into our busy schedule. Please contact us for availability. Rush orders are absolutely NOT accepted with our 3D cookie collection, sorry, no exceptions. Take a peek in our Party Tab to see how we use these cookies.

 We would appreciate a longer lead time for weddings and larger events. These events require more personalization. One year advance notice is customary with a final count two weeks prior to event when balance payment is due.

Are you a licensed establishment?

We currently use our family’s bakeries located in Hackettstown, Morristown and Dover. We also use their Cafe and Party Room located in Dover conveniently located off Rt. 10 and Rt. 46.

Can I come to your shop for a visit, pick-up or a sneak peek?

By appointment only for your cake tasting and consultation.

Cookie Favor Cancellation Policy:

A 50% deposit is due at time of order placement. Balance is due in full two weeks prior to event date. Delivery orders can be paid on day of delivery.

In the event of cancellation:

1. All cancellations must be made in writing. 
2. If a cancellation is received more than four weeks prior to the promised event/delivery date, the aforementioned deposit will be refunded less $100 administrative fee.
 3. If a cancellation is received less than four weeks prior to the promised event/delivery date, the aforementioned deposit is forfeited.

Sensibly Sweet will not accept any cancellations left on voice mail. Thank you for understanding.

Can I mix cookie themes?

During times that we are not super busy, we would be happy to combine up to 4 cookie designs. During our busy season, please call us at (973) 601-3063 to see if and how we can accommodate your request.

Deliveries with Signatures:

UPS Ground does not require a signature. They can track a shipment and provide proof of delivery; therefore, Sensibly Sweet is not responsible for the delivered package. If you require this service however, you must place the order via telephone and request this service. Additional fees may apply.

Food Allergies:

 For those who may have any food allergies we've provided a list of our ingredients. Should you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to call us at (973) 601-3063.

 Ingredients: Butter, sugar, eggs, flour, salt, baking powder, corn syrup, water, glycerin, confectioners sugar.  All our products are made in a facility that carries nuts and peanuts including other types of nuts in our Belgian chocolates.
