Shipping Policy

Hand Decorated Cookies and Imported Belgian Chocolates Shipping Information:

Hand Decorated Cookies and Imported Belgian Chocolates are shipped within 2 - 3 business days within the continental USA only (we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska). Our orders go out on business days (Monday through Friday) only. We do not ship on weekends or major US holidays. The average order normally ships within 2 -3 business days after it is received. However, custom orders are scheduled differently and details are given when order is placed via phone or e-mail. Delivery dates and/or arrival times are estimates only and do not include the day your order is placed or shipped. When requesting an order to be shipped to multiple recipients, please submit a separate order for each recipient. 

Ground shipping arrives in approximately 3 – 9 business days
Next day arrives in approximately 24 – 48 hours.

All shipping will be handled by UPS. Most orders will be shipped within 2 - 3 business days. 

In warm weather, chocolate melts quickly. If you are sending chocolates to a warm location or shipping between May 1 and September 30, please select the Cold Pack Option and Next Day shipping. An additional fee of $24.95 per order applies. We are not responsible for melted chocolate if you do not choose this option and your order is shipped to a warm address (ie Arizona, Florida, Texas to name a few) or shipped between May and September.

Local deliveries made by Sensibly Sweet arrive as scheduled by us. Our bakery department requires 24 hour notice for all orders. We deliver them the following day and someone must be available to sign for the order.

Return Policy 

Although we make every effort to package our products carefully and correctly, we cannot provide refunds for cookies damaged during transit as this is beyond our control.
